If I were pastor for a day...
I would dig deep into the scriptures in order to insure a good message for God's people.
I would teach on God's love, and the fact that he is always with us, never abondoning us, always wanting to care for us.
I would choose to sing old fashioned hymns of the faith ...such as "My faith looks up to thee", and "We have an Anchor".
And I would try to give everyone around me a word, a look, and a touch...a word of encouragement... a look of care...and a touch of Christianity.
If i were pastor for aday i wouldn't change much.
I would call up Mr.Tinsley and once we are finished with the hymns I would call up chaplin johnson for the sermon . once he's finished I will say make sure you come to the potluck next sunday and have William close us in prayer.

I f i were Pastor for a day i would sing mostly the same songs and mabey some praises and choruses. I would speak on salvation and that if you dont get saved you will go to to a place called Hell. I would give and invatation after i am done and and then id have a pot-luck!
If I were pastor for a day I would probably try to be the youth pastor because I would be nervous in front of all the adults.I would try to put together a informal sermon.I would have Lauren lead the singing because she's a really good singer.Then I would preach my sermon and have Brett the 2nd close us in prayer.

IF I WERE PASTOR FOR A DAY I DO THE SAME THING THAT PASTOR GLENN DOES, EXCEPT I WOULD PUT ON A POT LUCK SO BIG THAT WE WOULD NEED MORE THAN TWO ROOMS TO HOLD ALL THE FOOD. THEN I WOULD HOST A YOUTH RALLY AND INVITE ALL THE CHURCHES LOCATED NEAR US. WE WOULD GO BOWLING(AGAIN)OF COURSE. THEN WE WOULD GO TO KING SKATE AND WATCH GIGI FALL.(LOL) IT WOULD BE SO AWESOME!!!
If I WAS THE PASTOR OF THE CHURCH I WOULD TELL EVERYBODY NO MORE GAMES AND MOVIES JUST TO TEST OUT IF WE REALLY HAVE TRUE FAITH IN THE TEEN CLASS BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE JUST COME FOR THE FOOD AND GAMES OR[MOVIE] SO THATS WHAT I WOULD DO IF I were pastor.
